Subdivision Planning—Not
sure of your building or design strategy? Frank can
help plan from scratch, or finetune an existing plan,
including decisions on style, size, appeal, and marketing
context.
Existing Subdivisions—Like
many things, house styles, layouts, and plans become
dated or stale over time. Frank can inject new excitement
into an existing subdivision with new designs that
still work within your current context.

Plans Information
Specifically, our plans include the following:
- each plan is construction-ready
- each set includes framing and
foundation plans
- you can purchase a single review copy per set, for
$400, if you want to examine the plan in detail prior
to purchasing the full set.
Design
Services
If you like a plan but want to customize it, or you
want one or more houses designed from scratch, we offer
expert design and consulting services. These services
also include consulting on existing, refurbished, or
new subdivision sites or plans. Contact

Additional
Services
Upon request, we also offer energy reports for each
of our house plans. These energy reports are available
for the following states only: Massachusetts, Connecticut,
