Frank draws on a broad spectrum of design & building skills amassed over the last 30 years, including:

Older home replacements—Commonly known as "tear-downs", Frank and his son, Russell (who now runs his own building company: Sterling Homes), have specialized in tearing down older homes and replacing them with high-end custom modular homes.

Modular Systems—Over 75% of the homes he designed and built were either modular or panelized. His fine homes ranged in size from 2,000 to 12,000 square feet.

Stick built homes—Frank also designs for stick built homes. "Building into the lot," as he calls it, is one of his specialties.

Frank's plans are uniquely adaptable to tear-downs, stick-built, panelized or modular homes. Great pains are made to design around as many local and state regulations as possible.
